Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a peace of mind shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your item(s) for some reason, we must be notified about the reason to refund within 48 hours. After the approval from us, you can return it to us unopened in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.

Please do not send the return without prior approval, otherwise a refund or credit may not be given. 20% of restocking charge will be applied in terms of refund, which will be deducted from refund. Carriage and postage charge will not be refunded.

When returning items, the buyer will be responsible for postage to the Express Hats Company and for exchanging buyer also should pay the postage of exchanged products. Before you return any item(s) please contact us.
